TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Enright Tours and Transfers. By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.


1. About Us

Enright Tours and Transfers is a family-owned chauffeur and private transfer business based in County Clare, Ireland. We provide airport transfers, private tours, corporate travel, golf transfers, city-to-city transfers, and related transport services across Ireland.


2. Bookings and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance by phone, email, or through our website enquiry form.
  • A booking is only confirmed once you have received written or verbal confirmation from us.
  • For peak season travel (April to September) and multi-day tours, we strongly recommend booking as early as possible as availability can fill quickly.
  • Please ensure all booking details (pickup location, destination, date, time, and passenger numbers) are accurate at the time of booking.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices quoted are inclusive of the agreed service and VAT where applicable.
  • Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new bookings in response to changes in fuel costs or other operational factors.
  • Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or card as agreed.
  • For multi-day tours and larger group bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

By the client:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled journey will receive a full refund or no charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the journey may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the journey, or no-shows, may be charged the full booking amount.
  • For multi-day tours, cancellation terms will be outlined separately at the time of booking.

By Enright Tours and Transfers:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or arrange an alternative.

5. Punctuality and Delays

  • We make every effort to ensure punctuality. Our drivers monitor flight information for airport transfers and will adjust where possible in the event of delays.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, severe weather, or third-party delays.
  • Clients are asked to be ready at the agreed pickup location at the confirmed time. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes (for non-airport transfers) may be subject to an additional charge.

6. Passenger Conduct

  • All passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards our drivers and other passengers.
  • Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles unless specifically agreed in advance.
  • Any damage caused to a vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the responsible party.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a journey if a passenger’s behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Luggage and Belongings

  • Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings at all times.
  • Enright Tours and Transfers cannot be held liable for loss or damage to personal items left in our vehicles.
  • Please notify us at the time of booking if you have oversized luggage, sports equipment, or special requirements so we can ensure the appropriate vehicle is arranged.

8. Vehicle and Driver

  • We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or superior standard where necessary.
  • All drivers are fully licensed, insured, and comply with Irish transport regulations.
  • Child seats are available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking.

9. Private Tours

  • Tour itineraries agreed at the time of booking are subject to change based on weather conditions, road closures, or attraction accessibility.
  • We will always endeavour to provide an equivalent alternative where a planned stop cannot be visited.
  • Tour pricing does not include entrance fees to attractions, meals, or accommodation unless specifically stated.

10. Liability

  • Enright Tours and Transfers carries appropriate public liability and motor insurance in line with Irish law.
  • Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of our services is limited to the value of the booking in question.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from delays, cancellations, or changes to a journey.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.


12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most recent terms.
